These Terms of Service govern your use of PostPiloter. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

PostPiloter is a web-based SaaS platform for agencies and brands that provides brief management, client/brand portals, content and creative approval workflows, revision and comment processes, team/agency workflows, notifications, and subscription-based features.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Account Security

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access.

Authorized Use

You may only use PostPiloter for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.

Subscription Plans

PostPiloter offers multiple subscription plans with varying features and limits. Plan details are available on our pricing page.

Billing

Fees are charged in advance for each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

Recurring Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send a reminder before renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

Paddle Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). Paddle handles payment collection, tax compliance, and invoicing. Your payment details are processed by Paddle, not stored by PostPiloter.

Changes to Plans and Pricing

We may modify plans or pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of changes affecting their plan.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant us a license to host, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service.

Uploaded Files and Content

Files you upload are stored securely. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded content.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for your team's use of the service, compliance with applicable laws, and the accuracy of data you provide.

Prohibited Use

You may not use PostPiloter for illegal activities, to infringe intellectual property, to transmit malware, or to disrupt the service.

Intellectual Property

PostPiloter and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

Third-Party Services

PostPiloter may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not liable for third-party service issues.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or legal requirements. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPiloter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
